- All shipments must be examined upon receipt. Open the boxes and remove the trays. Place the trays in a well-lit area with proper heat and airflow, water immediately if necessary.
- Casa Flora’s thorough inspection program ensures a high quality product upon shipment. In the event that there is a concern, we have established the following credit and claim policy:
- Casa Flora must be notified within 24 hours with claims for damaged plants not due to shipping.
- In order to file a claim, Casa Flora will require a detailed description of the damage and photos to substantiate the claim.
- Any shipping-related claims will be filed directly with the shipping company.
- Casa Flora does not guarantee orders that are damaged by extreme temperatures.
- Please use our Product Notification form to file your claim. You may fill it out online. Please attach photos to that email and send it to Claims@casaflora.com. If you just want to notify us of a problem, please don’t request an action.
